Job Summary
Conduct financial and pension planning consultations for individuals, focusing on 3a/3b plans, ETF savings, and retirement budgeting. Analyze client needs, prepare tailored proposals, and manage case follow-up within the CRM. Schedule and execute both online and in-person appointments based on the geographic zone. Build a durable, structured client relationship oriented toward quality service. This role offers free internal training on financial advising, VBV certification, and mentoring within a structured environment.
