Job Summary
The Senior Partnership Advisor will be a key member of the project management team, tasked with enhancing and supporting the Ecosystem Support component and managing partnerships with private and public sector actors to improve service delivery for beneficiaries. Responsibilities include identifying, planning, and implementing systemic interventions related to skills access, market access, financing access, and information access. The role involves engaging market actors, contributing to ongoing sector analysis, coaching team members in strategic partnership management, and representing the project in networking activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in management, economics, business, marketing or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience, or Master's degree with 3 years of demonstrated experience in partnership management.
- Strong understanding of market systems and experience in conducting market analysis for business or investment decisions.
- Demonstrated commitment to gender equity and overcoming barriers for vulnerable individuals.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the private sector, consulting, or partnership management (minimum 3 years)
- Experience in developing reports and written presentations
- Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis
