Job Summary
Analyze the acceptability of health benefit requests in compliance with procedures and regulations. Process contract modification requests, manage contract lifecycle operations such as cancellations and reinstatements, and settle claims entrusted to clients and third parties. Handle coverage requests and quotes, while making outbound calls to guide clients through their procedures. Manage second-level inbound calls to provide expert advice and develop quality client relationships by adapting response channels including phone, email, and document management systems.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in an individual health insurance advisor position
- Bac +2 minimum in the insurance sector
- Significant experience in individual and collective life insurance
- Knowledge of care pathways, responsible contracts, and current regulations
- Excellent mastery of benefit entry and computer tools
- Ability to interact with diverse interlocutors and develop quality client relationships
- Rigor and customer service sense
