Job Summary
Manage judicial procedures for collective health and providence contracts, including redressments and liquidations. Analyze procedural impacts on contracts and implement necessary management actions while adhering to legal and internal rules. Process client and stakeholder requests via phone and manage file follow-ups with internal teams, clients, and judicial representatives. Contribute to continuous process improvement and secure management practices within a specialized team.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in health insurance and/or providence management
- Mastery of management acts related to collective contracts
- Comfort in analyzing complex situations
- Mastery of customer relations
- Ability to adapt communication to interlocutors
