Job Summary
Conduct inbound calls for policyholders following claim declarations, analyze situations to identify needs, and organize provider interventions. Inform and reassure clients throughout the claim management process while tracking intervention progress and ensuring file resolution. Handle administrative follow-up, process quotes, and update records in digital tools. Work Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 21:00, with Saturday and Sunday shifts from 07:00 to 21:00, under a 36-hour contract with two rest days. Receive a complete 18-day training program and personalized onboarding support.
