Job Summary
Senior Consultant, Evidence Synthesis and Indirect Treatment Comparison (ITC) leader responsible for implementing methodologically rigorous evidence synthesis research, supervising junior staff, and managing overall projects. Offers expertise in systematic literature review methods, network meta-analysis, andMAIC, with hands-on ITC experience in R, STATA, or SAS. Responsibilities include designing HTA-compliant evidence synthesis studies, managing deliverables, interpreting statistical results from observational and trial data, synthesizing data qualitatively and quantitatively, guiding the project team to high-quality output, and collaborating across global time zones to serve clients and stakeholders. The role requires excellent client interaction, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a project team across multiple time zones; English fluency is essential and French proficiency is noted for bilingual communication with IQVIA teams and clients in Canada and worldwide.
Required Qualifications
- Masters (required) or PhD (preferred) in epidemiology, pharmacology, public health, biostatistics or other health sciences
- 5+ years in evidence synthesis research
- Substantial experience conducting meta-analyses and ITC in at least 1 programming language
- 2+ years as client point of contact and project delivery management
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong attention to detail and scientific writing
- Ability to work across time zones in a global team
