Identify gaps in the application of prevention measures mandated by regulations and the company's prevention program. Support supervision staff in ensuring prevention measures are applied at the job site. Conduct daily documented inspections and actively engage direction representatives and subcontractors in the master contractor's prevention efforts. Participate in accident and incident investigations, ensure administrative sanctions are followed, and organize health and safety meetings with workers and managers. Develop content for new worker orientations and disseminate relevant information. Perform all tasks expected under applicable regulations. This role begins in June and involves a rotating schedule of 14 days on, 14 days off, with on-site housing, meals, and transport provided for the construction of a thermal power plant in Kangiqsujuaq.
