Job Summary
Conduct operational performance diagnostics to identify process bottlenecks and establish strategies for realizing desired value. Collaborate on operational performance projects using recognized methodologies, ensuring early identification and quantification of expected gains. Lead teams on methods and tools while documenting and standardizing practices to align with Centre d'Excellence standards. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team performance competencies, and participate in defining KPIs and analyzing performance variances. Maintain continuous vigilance on best practices to drive organizational evolution. Requires a relevant degree, three years of experience in continuous improvement, and Lean Six Sigma certification. Hybrid work model available.
Required Qualifications
- Baccalauréat en génie, en administration ou tout autre domaine jugé pertinent
- Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l'amélioration continue, de la performance organisationnelle ou de la réingénierie des processus
- Certification Lean Six Sigma (niveau Ceinture verte) ou certification Lean Master
- Avoir participé à des projets d'amélioration de la performance en s'appuyant sur des méthodologies et des concepts de performance organisationnelle reconnus (Lean, Lean Six sigma, etc.)
- Maitrise intermédiaire de la langue anglaise, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
Desired Qualifications
- Connaissance des principes Agile (un atout)
