Job Summary
Provide comprehensive legal support to the director of finance and prepare documents for legal professionals. Monitor ongoing litigation, maintain relationships with judicial authorities, and ensure the integrity of the company's legal documentation. Review and draft contracts while verifying compliance with Congolese laws and corporate interests. Manage insurance policies and claims by developing the budget, negotiating provider contracts, validating premiums, and tracking losses. Advise the general direction on risks and regulations to inform strategic decisions. Contribute to the planning of board meetings and general assemblies.
Required Qualifications
- solid expertise in commercial law and international law
- significant experience in the legal field
- proven ability in legal monitoring
- current proficiency in English and French
- ability to respect tight deadlines
- ability to work effectively under pressure
- rigorous, integrity, loyalty, honesty and flexibility
