Job Summary
Identify properties for sale in your local area, contact sellers, and organize viewings to understand their specific needs. Estimate property values using internal tools and conduct expert visits while analyzing legal documentation. Negotiate transaction terms with sellers and coordinate with our internal notary clerk to finalize contracts. Manage the full sales process, from coordinating photo shoots and listing on portals to validating buyer solvency and reporting progress. As an independent real estate agent, you operate with full autonomy to develop your own sector, supported by weekly leads and access to our CRM. This role offers flexibility in your schedule and location, allowing you to choose your working hours without mandatory attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for real estate
- Ability to identify properties for sale in your sector
- Capacity to contact, meet sellers, and organize property viewings
- Ability to understand the real needs of owner-sellers
- Capability to estimate properties with the help of the commercial and technical team
- Ability to conduct expert viewings
- Skill to propose sales support or immediate purchase
- Ability to analyze legal documentation regarding the property (AG minutes, diagnostics, etc.)
- Capacity to negotiate main transaction conditions with owner-sellers (price, deadlines, special conditions)
- Ability to calibrate the purchase offer
- Skill to coordinate photo shoots, supervise ad writing, and ensure visibility on real estate portals
- Capacity to conduct viewings with potential buyers
- Ability to validate the solvency of potential buyers
- Skill to negotiate main transaction conditions
- Ability to coordinate the signing of deeds (purchase offer, commitment to sale, authentic deed) with the help of an internal notary clerk
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as an independent real estate agent
- Knowledge of the real estate market in your sector
- Experience in the real estate transaction sector
