Conduct customer support via chat, phone, or on-site visits for Freebox and mobile services. Recruit or provide complementary information to subscribers, promote and sell offers, and schedule home appointments. Report technical issues to dedicated stakeholders and handle administrative support for field agents. Work within a small team of under 10 colleagues in a cozy office environment. The role offers a 7-day-a-week schedule from 8 AM to 9 PM, includes variable pay, meal allowances, and covers up to 50% of the Freebox bill.
