Job Summary
Handle customer support via chat, phone, or on-site visits for Freebox and mobile offerings. Recruit or provide additional information to subscribers, promote and sell relevant plans, and schedule home appointments. Troubleshoot technical issues, escalate problems to dedicated stakeholders, and manage administrative support for field agents.
