Job Summary
Call and chat with Freebox and mobile subscribers to address technical issues and offer subscription plans. Schedule and execute on-site visits to provide direct home assistance. Collect additional information from callers and escalate technical problems to dedicated stakeholders. Manage administrative support for field agents. Operate within a small team of fewer than 10 colleagues in a cocooning environment. The role includes a 7-day-a-week schedule from 8 AM to 9 PM.
