Job Summary
Call and chat with subscribers to gather information, upsell offers, and resolve issues related to Freebox or mobile services. Schedule and execute on-site visits to provide direct assistance at subscribers' homes. Submit reports on encountered problems to dedicated managers and handle administrative support for field staff. Work within a small team of under 10 colleagues in a cozy office environment. The role offers a 7-day-a-week schedule from 8 AM to 9 PM, includes variable pay, meal allowances, and covers up to 50% of your Freebox bill.
