Job Summary
Conduct daily technical assistance for Free Proxi subscribers via chat, phone, or on-site visits in Antibes. Recruit or provide information to subscribers, promote and sell Freebox and mobile offers, and schedule home appointments. Troubleshoot issues related to Freebox or mobile services, log problems to internal stakeholders, and handle administrative support for field agents. Work within a small team of under 10 colleagues in a cocooning environment, with a 7-day schedule from 8h to 21h.
