Job Summary
Conduct first-level supervision of estimators in compliance with CSP of the East standards, while maximizing team performance and executing quality control audits. Advise, support, and train auto estimators, ensuring proper management of automobile scrap sales. Prepare estimation files as needed. Requires a valid GAA automobile estimator 1A license, 7 to 10 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in the Audatex software. Located at Promutuel Assurance offices in the Lac au Fleuve, Les Bâtisseurs, and Côte-Est territories.
Required Qualifications
- Diplôme d'études secondaire (DES) en carrosserie automobile ou toute expérience pertinente
- Permis en règle du GAA d'estimateur automobile 1A
- Permis de véhicule lourd 1L
- 7 à 10 ans d'expérience pertinente dans le domaine
- Grande connaissance du progiciel d'estimation Audatex
- Maîtrise intermédiaire de la langue anglaise, autant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
