Job Summary
Provide client support via phone, email, and chat while handling account and payment inquiries. Resolve issues quickly and efficiently to guarantee an excellent client experience and maintain high service quality standards. This role requires native-level French (C2) and strong communication skills within a multicultural environment in Braga, Portugal. The position offers a six-month contract with a rotating schedule from 07:00 to 19:00, Monday through Friday, plus Saturday shifts.
