Job Summary
Senior IBP / S&OP Advisor at Talan Americas leads maturity assessments and designs future-state IBP/S&OP processes, supports analytics, and guides IBP technology deployments. Collaborates with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, Sales and Operations; facilitates workshops; delivers executive-ready presentations and insights; contributes to internal methodologies and knowledge-sharing; requires 5–8 years in IBP/S&OP or end-to-end supply chain planning, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Fluent in French and English, with experience in consulting or client-facing environments; proficiency with SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9 Solutions, or Anaplan; hybrid work arrangement in Montreal, QC (Canada).
Required Qualifications
- 5 à 8 ans d’expérience en IBP, S&OP ou planification de la chaîne d’approvisionnement (E2E)
- Connaissance approfondie de la planification de la demande, de l’approvisionnement, de la gestion des stocks et de l’intégration financière
- Expérience avec au moins un outil avancé: SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9 Solutions, Anaplan
- Expérience en environnement conseil ou en rôle client-facing à forte intensité analytique
- Formation: Baccalauréat en chaîne d’approvisionnement, gestion, ingénierie ou domaine connexe
- Bonne communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais pour communiquer avec des clients à travers l’Amérique du Nord
- Technical expertise: 5–8 years of experience in IBP, S&OP, or end-to-end supply chain planning
- Technical expertise: Strong understanding of demand, supply, inventory, and integrated financial planning
- Technical expertise: Experience with SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9 Solutions, or Anaplan
- Industry experience: Experience in consulting or fast-paced client-facing environments
- Technology achievements: Analytics, scenario modeling, data interpretation, and recommendation building
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Communication: good oral and written communication skills, in French and English, to communicate with clients located across North America
- Note: Proficiency in English and French required for North America client base
