Job Summary
Lead the design and continuous improvement of enterprise architecture processes, governance frameworks, and operating models. Own and evolve the Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) capability, aligning people, processes, data, and technology. Serve as Technical Owner for LeanIX, drive adoption and data quality, and enable integration with key platforms (ServiceNow, Apptio, SharePoint) and emerging AI capabilities. Produce insights on application portfolios, lifecycle risks, technical debt, and cost drivers to inform executive decision-making. Facilitate governance forums and communities of practice to drive alignment, reuse, and architectural consistency. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to influence outcomes and enhance how architecture supports the business. Required bilingual proficiency in French and English, with willingness to collaborate across global teams from Montreal (Canada).
Required Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise, solution, or business architecture in large complex environments
- Strong capabilities in process improvement, governance, and operating model design
- Experience with enterprise architecture tooling (LeanIX, Bizzdesign, Orbus, Enterprise Architect or similar)
- Experience with Work and Workflow Management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to present data to executives
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
