Job Summary
Conduct organizational agility transformation by mentoring leaders and teams toward autonomy while defining strategic action plans for culture deployment. Facilitate high-level executive alignment on Agile needs, establish measurement indicators, and remove blockers to ensure cross-vice-presidency coherence. Coach managers on Agile leadership, deliver specialized training on Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, and lead workshops to foster inter-team collaboration. Serve as an Agile Center of Expertise member by monitoring market trends, building internal capabilities, and contributing to knowledge bases.
Required Qualifications
- Sept (7) années d'expérience en tant que conseiller en approche agile
- Deux (2) années à titre de conseiller organisationnel en approche Agile dans des environnements organisationnels de natures comparables à la Régie
- L'implantation d'une culture agile dans des environnements organisationnels de natures comparables à la Régie pour un total de 220 jours travaillés
- Un total de 200 jours travaillés impliquant l'agilité à l'échelle comme SAFe ou Nexus ou LeSS
- Une certification parmi : PSM, PSP, PSD, KSD, KMP, Leading SAFe, SAFe Product Owner / Product Management, SAFe Scrum Master, Lean Portfolio Management
