Job Summary
Lead the implementation and configuration of supply chain modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring compliance with industry best practices. Analyze client business processes to propose optimal and innovative solutions across procurement, inventory, warehouse, planning, production control, sales, and product information management. Collaborate with clients, developers, analysts, testers, and project managers to drive successful deployments while autonomously solving complex logistics challenges. Actively participate in design reviews and internal meetings to foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Report to the Director D365 BC as a strategic partner within the Microsoft practice team, leveraging over 30 years of regional experience to help organizations achieve measurable performance and strong ROI.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central functional analysis or 5 years in Dynamics NAV functional analysis
- Proven experience in implementation and migration projects, as well as post-implementation support
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Business Central supply chain modules (Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Planning, Production Control, Sales, Product Information Management)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Good oral and written communication skills, in French and English, to communicate with clients located across North America
