Job Summary
Generate sales and guide clients in selecting furniture and accessories that match their style and personality. Maintain high levels of customer service and product knowledge while participating in merchandising and store cleanliness. Assist in maintaining the professional image of Mobilia and perform other duties as required, including trend research and customer follow-up. Work independently with minimal supervision across various retail locations. Consecutive days off are provided alongside a rigorous training program.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in retail sales
- knowledge of interior design and/or fashion industry
- Ability to listen
- Ability to demonstrate curiosity and empathy
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Work independently with little supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Available to move in our various retail locations
