Job Summary
Conduct complex analysis and technical work to support the Technology Advisory Layer (TAL) by gathering and assessing change impacts, evaluating implementation options, and recommending solutions. Define and execute deployment, communication, and change management strategies while delivering presentations on project progress to various instances. Collaborate on developing team services and support the IT Director on related tasks, producing deliverables such as change management strategies, training materials, and appropriate documentation. Work 35 hours weekly from Monday to Friday between 7:30 and 18:00, with a hybrid schedule requiring two mandatory days in the Montreal office.
Required Qualifications
- Baccalauréat en informatique, en administration ou dans une discipline pertinente reconnue par le ministère de l'Éducation et de l'Enseignement supérieur ou l'équivalent
- Minimum de huit (8) années d'expérience dans le domaine des TI en développement ou en entretien ou en évolution de systèmes
- Au moins cinq (5) années à titre d'architecte d'affaires
- Au moins un (1) mandat d'une envergure d'au moins 440 jours/personne OU deux (2) mandats d'une envergure d'au moins 220 jours/personne, dans un contexte de développement ou d'évolution de systèmes, réalisé à titre d'architecte d'affaires au cours des cinq (5) dernières années
