Job Summary
Handle inbound French phone calls with insured clients and respond to inquiries via chat and email while guaranteeing high customer satisfaction. Track open cases regularly and execute administrative and coordination tasks. Requires valid AFA certification, commercial training, and excellent French skills. Located in Zurich with a Try & Hire contract offering internal training and career progression opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Certification AFA valide (Intermédiaire d'assurance)
- Formation commerciale (CFC employé(e) de commerce) ou expérience dans le service clientèle
- Excellente maîtrise du français à l'oral comme à l'écrit
- Forte orientation client et sens du service
- Excellentes compétences en communication
