Job Summary
Deliver and support services for retail and wholesale customers by gathering requirements, developing custom reports, and fulfilling report requests under minimal supervision. Perform routine data analysis to create customer-specific insights and solutions for business challenges, then validate and QA deliverables to ensure they meet specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Act as the internal expert on assigned customers' businesses while proactively developing knowledge of the pharmaceutical marketplace with an emphasis on wholesale and retail distribution. Maintain effective internal and external communications and identify opportunities to offer greater support.
Required Qualifications
- Experience within the healthcare industry
- Bachelor's Degree
- Four (4) years relevant customer service &/or account management experience
- Technical proficiency with relational databases
- Ability to set vision and direction
- Ability to influence outcomes
- Team-orientated
Desired Qualifications
- Strong understanding of business intelligence tools is preferred, with emphasis on utilization and application
