Job Summary
Meet prospective patients immediately following their pre-operative assessment and act as a trusted point of contact to help them navigate to a confident decision. Clearly present vision correction options, benefits, and financial aspects while guiding patients through pricing and payment methods. Book surgery dates, coordinate logistics, and maintain accurate records in patient files following compliance standards. Use proactive, personalized follow-ups, including video or voice messages, to improve treatment follow-through and maintain a high rate of patient conversion. Adapt your communication approach to match each patient's mindset, concerns, and motivations.
Required Qualifications
- French language proficiency
- Advanced intermediate level of English
- Permanent, full-time employment status
- 32 to 36 hours per week availability
- Availability to travel to clinics in the GMA for training and/or work
Desired Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in consultative sales, client development, or any results-driven role
- Experience in the medical, aesthetic, optical, or luxury service sectors
- Warm, poised, and engaging personality traits that build trust easily
- Ability to guide someone from hesitation to clarity through presence and insight
- Highly articulate communication skills
- Experience in high-touch roles such as client services, health care, aesthetics, hospitality, or coaching
- Understanding of timing and verbal pacing
- Ability to know when to reassure, listen, and help someone make the next move
- Comfort discussing pricing with discretion and professionalism
- Detail-oriented and organized nature
- Ability to juggle multiple files while staying focused
- Results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
