Job Summary
Analyze client needs and propose savings or pension plans (3a/3b, ETFs, funds) while conducting online and in-person meetings. Manage CRM documentation and grow portfolios through recommendations and follow-up. This role focuses exclusively on finance and pension advice without selling insurance products. Candidates must be French-Swiss border residents with a valid G-permit. The position offers free VBV training to support certification and includes flexible hybrid hours. Based in Renens, Switzerland, the team provides modern tools, mentoring, and a clear career path from junior to senior levels.
