Beauty Advisor at Holt Renfrew helps build deep, long-lasting relationships with customers to increase sales, service, and loyalty. Responsibilities include delivering extraordinary service, exceeding personal and brand sales targets, developing a loyal personal client base, sharing product knowledge with the store team, maintaining relationships with buyers, vendors and store management, driving brand sales through identifying opportunities and events, participating in educational sessions, merchandising the sales floor, price changes and related tasks, maintaining client communication for events and follow-up, resolving customer service issues, complying with health and safety policies, and performing other duties as assigned. Ideal candidates are bilingual in French and English, have a high school diploma, proven ability to exceed sales targets, collaborative work style, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays, and a minimum of two years in a commission-based sales environment; makeup artistry or aesthetics certificate may be required for certain brands; experience in luxury retail is preferred.
