Job Summary
Manage parts ordering, receiving, and tracking while creating work orders and performing labor billing. Handle warranty claims, maintain organized service documentation, and coordinate with technicians and external vendors. Assist with bookings, contracts, and vehicle check-in/check-out processes to support the rentals experience. Help manage customer flow during peak periods and occasionally move vehicles. Support the General Manager and Rentals Manager with data entry, reporting, and daily operations coordination. Weekend work may be required based on operational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in parts and service (RV, automotive, trucking, or similar)
- Warranty experience is an asset
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Self-driven and solution-oriented
- Valid driver's license
- Bilingual in French and English required
- Weekend work may be required based on operational needs
