Job Summary
Sales Associate at Holt Renfrew develops deep, long-lasting client relationships to drive sales, service, and loyalty in a commission-based luxury environment. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional service to all customers, exceeding sales and service targets, building a loyal client base, attending product knowledge and vendor trainings, performing floor recovery and visual merchandising, coordinating communications with clients via phone, mail, or email, resolving customer issues with management support, adhering to health and safety policies, and performing additional duties as assigned. Ideal candidates demonstrate at least 4+ years in luxury commission-based retail, a track record of meeting/exceeding quotas, flexibility to work evenings/weekends/holidays, collaborative teamwork, and proficiency with multiple tech channels to engage clients and promote fashion brands.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years experience in a commission-based luxury sales environment
- Consistent sales performance with demonstrated results in achieving and exceeding a sales quota
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holiday availability
- Highly collaborative; works well in a team-oriented environment
- Proactively engages with clients to share fashion-forward recommendations aligned with client preferences
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends and product categories across store merchandise
- Familiarity with digital tools and social platforms to build client relationships
