Act as an omnichannel ambassador between the apartment and web, demonstrating deep product knowledge while proposing specific actions to create memorable moments. Manage operational tasks including cash handling, processing returns and exchanges, maintaining stock levels, verifying floor labeling, and ensuring merchandising standards are met. Handle client complaints to satisfy and retain customers while adhering to RSE policies and store procedures.
