Job Summary
Conduct client reception at the shop, manage order taking, and provide specialized technical advice on products, prices, delivery times, and technical requests. Process and track orders while clarifying product details with suppliers. Serve as the liaison between clients, suppliers, and internal services via in-person and phone consultations. Requires CFC installation electrician training, strong MS Office skills, and impeccable French.
