Welcome clients and prospects via telephone to handle inquiries, listen to their needs, and provide relevant advice for retention. Respond to quote requests and emails while proposing and selling tailored insurance products, including scheduling appointments for agency counselors. Operate primarily by phone to maintain client proximity within a team of 60 colleagues at the Tours Customer Center. The role begins in September 2026 with a fixed salary of 32,290 euros annually, negotiable based on experience, plus a 13th-month pay and vacation bonus. Weekly hours total 35, including Saturday shifts with subsequent Monday compensatory time. Up to two days of remote work per week are available based on autonomy.
