Job Summary
Greet clients as the primary brand contact, deliver personalized product expertise while sharing the Horace story to create an engaging atmosphere. Collaborate with the team to drive performance against KPIs for sales figures, conversion rates, and average basket size. Maintain store cleanliness, manage inventory levels, and coordinate supply needs with the office. Support customers in selecting appropriate products and guide them through the space to anticipate their requirements. Requires minimum two years of retail experience, weekend and evening flexibility, and a strong commitment to customer experience.
