Job Summary
In the role of Manager within the IT & Digital M&A team at PwC, you will support French and international investment funds in identifying potential technology acquisition targets, evaluating digital risks and opportunities related to investments, and enhancing post-deal value for client portfolios. Responsibilities include aiding senior management with IT and digital strategies, implementing IT improvement plans, and leading integration strategies, while being a key player in project teams and managing client relationships. Candidates need 5 to 8 years of IT and Digital M&A consulting experience, strong teamwork skills, and fluency in both French and English.
