Connectivity 操作员

Conduct fiber connector assembly, fixation, and end-face grinding per operational procedures. Perform quality inspections using microscopes and insertion loss testers to identify defects and report optical performance issues. Maintain clean work areas and operate production equipment including grinders and testers while executing daily point checks. Accurately record production data and report anomalies immediately. Adhere strictly to production protocols, quality standards, safety regulations, and 5S site management. Rotate between 12-hour day and night shifts (08:00–20:00 and 20:00–08:00). When connectivity business is light, deploy to the optical cable workshop per production allocation.
