Job Summary
Connectivity Product Manager for RBC Capital Markets US Cash Management team responsible for building and enhancing client connectivity solutions (Host to Host, SWIFT, API, ERP integration). Duties include articulating vision and delivery for connectivity solutions, setting strategy for RBC Clear Channels, designing seamless enterprise onboarding and data/formats mapping, leading SDLC/product management tasks, and serving as the link between client needs and technical build across Cash Management solutions. Requires expertise in fintech/product management, cash management/touchpoints (ACH, RTP, FX, checks), connectivity formats (ISO XML, NACHA, JSON, SFTP), agile methods, and strong stakeholder collaboration; with focus on cross-functional coordination, client engagement, and documentation/testing programs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as leading practitioner and managing digital, fintech and SaaS products
- Strong understanding of Cash Management /Treasury product implementations, host to host/API solutions (file formats/connectivity protocols such as SWIFT FileAct, SFTP)
- Strong understanding of Cash Management Products such as ACH, RTP, FX, Check
- Strong understanding of formats including ISO XML, NACHA, JSON, and other industry standards
- Demonstrated client/product experience working at a financial institution and delivering seamless digital experiences
- Experience having worked in agile environments
- Strong stakeholder management, ability to collaborate closely across cross-functional teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders
