Job Summary
Connectivity Certification Analyst to review, test, troubleshoot and certify new system interfaces using XML and JSON API specifications for Property Connect (fulfillment) and Channel Connect (distribution) with the SynXis CRS. Collaborates with Sales, Account Management, Product and Engineering to design and deliver integrations, onboard API connectivity partners and customers, ensure certification standards, and maintain ongoing performance of integrations. Requires strong API QA capabilities (functional and integration testing of SOAP/REST), familiarity with Open Travel, HTNG, XML, JSON, and hospitality tech standards; experience with OTA/HTNG and Opera OHIP/OXI preferred; able to work in a collaborative environment across product, engineering, and customer teams.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of API and integration experience
- Four-year college degree or relevant experience in a related field
- Experience in Hospitality or Travel Distribution industry preferred
- Proven experience in API quality assurance and certification processes, including functional and integration testing of SOAP and REST services, with proficiency in XML and JSON payload validation
- Expertise in SOAP and REST APIs
- Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle/SQL)
