Job Summary
Manage the full product lifecycle for NESO Connections applications, focusing on queue formation, offers, and contract management. Lead delivery of change on time and within budget while developing strategy and prioritizing the backlog for the connections portal and connections 360. Direct business Subject Matter Experts and product teams to support current and future initiatives, ensuring all changes are delivered with a customer-centric approach. Represent the connections directorate at industry events and articulate the company's vision to executive stakeholders. This role requires a hybrid schedule with an expectation of at least one day in the office per week, based in Wokingham or Warwick.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK by the start of employment
- Visa sponsorship may not be available for this role
- Degree in STEM or technology-related subject
- Equivalent professional experience demonstrating comparable expertise and capability
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams
- Proven ability to build and influence relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Proven track record of leading change delivery in a continuous operational environment at a senior level
- Previous IT delivery experience
- Knowledge of connections process, performance requirements, and service delivery
Desired Qualifications
- Scaled Agile accredited (Product Manager or leading SAFe)
