Job Summary
Connections Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the Connections program, with a focus on data entry, database management, internal tracking, reporting assistance, scheduling, meeting coordination, and program administration. The role also oversees and mentors interns and volunteers, helps maintain accurate records, and supports operational workflows to meet program outcomes and funder requirements; requires strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and across teams. This is a hybrid position based in Grand Rapids, MI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Experience with administrative coordination, operations support, data entry, or database management preferred
- Experience working in nonprofit, human services, healthcare, education, or community-based settings is a plus
- Experience supporting reporting processes or maintaining databases preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish
