Job Summary
Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic medical equipment; diagnose and resolve issues with network-connected devices, including servers and PoE switches; maintain and configure computer and network equipment post-install; plan and execute preventive maintenance and service schedules; conduct in-field depot-level repairs on internal components; support product installations and system configurations; participate in on-call service as scheduled. Requires 5+ years of hands-on experience servicing medical devices; strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and networked systems; familiarity with TCP/IP and PoE environments; experience with servers and networked systems; associate degree or technical/trade certification preferred. Valid driver’s license and ability to meet DOT requirements. Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, MCSE, or MCSA preferred; FDA-regulated medical devices experience preferred.
