Job Summary
Technical Product Manager for Connected Solutions responsible for driving the technical direction, integration, and communication of telematics, displays, cameras, LiDAR, and RTLS/zone control across truck platforms; leads cross-functional collaboration across hardware, software, and portal teams, develops processes for field calibration, logistics, and subscription management, and engages with stakeholders to align features with business objectives while delivering scalable product roadmaps. This hybrid, office-based role requires collaboration across development labs, manufacturing lines, and customer sites, with travel up to 25%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5–10+ years of experience in product management, systems engineering, or technical program leadership
- Experience working with connected systems such as telematics, IoT, vehicle systems, or embedded technologies
- Strong understanding of system architecture, integration, and cross-functional development processes
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, software, hardware, and business teams
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills across multiple products or initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
