Job Summary
Regional Field Operations Manager responsible for directing and developing residential, enterprise, and MDU contractors and employees across multiple states to meet installation metrics, service area coordination, training, compliance, and product adoption for PerfectVision. Oversees tech capacity, scheduling, and performance across regions, develops training materials, hosts trainings, analyzes escalations, drives process improvements, and fosters relationships with service providers, customers, and property owners while supporting customer onboarding and regional sales efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Five plus years of experience in a supervisory capacity managing multiple customers within a given territory
- Five plus years of experience in telecommunications field operations, such as fiber, fixed wireless, cable, satellite and/or MDU construction, maintenance and installation
- Previous knowledge of customer service policies, procedures, and regulations in a business-to-business environment is helpful
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree in business administration, communications, information technology, or related field or equivalent work experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug test, criminal background check and MVR
