Connected Solutions Field Technician

On-site installation, maintenance, testing, and repair of telecommunications systems (cable, fixed wireless, satellite, fiber) for MDU, residential, and commercial sites. Requires training others, identifying problems, and recommending improvements. Field-focused role with significant travel and potential overnight stays; responsible for fault isolation, diagnostics, and ensuring safety and quality workmanship. Regularly communicates status to customers and stakeholders, completes work orders, and contributes feedback on installations, testing, and repairs. Proficient in testing equipment and able to work in varied environments with a strong emphasis on customer service and adherence to standards.
