Job Summary
On-site telecommunications technician responsible for installation, maintenance, testing, and repair of cable, fixed wireless, satellite, and fiber optic systems for MDU, residential, and commercial sites; train others, assess new technologies, and provide feedback on orders. Performs diagnostics and troubleshooting to ensure signal integrity and safety, installs/activates equipment, conducts FTTH fiber splicing and cabling, and communicates with customers and stakeholders about status; travel up to 90% and occasional overnight stays; supports quality workmanship and compliance with standards.
