Job Summary
The Connected Customer Supervisor will manage a team of customer service associates, overseeing customer service operations including cashiering, returns, cash office functions, and inventory management. Responsibilities include directing Customer Service Associates, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures, leading inventory management, processing customer refunds and exchanges, and assisting customers with product inquiries. Candidates should be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have previous supervisory experience in a customer service or cashier role.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of (1) year of customer service/cashier supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience
- High school diploma and/or GED
- Minimum of (2) years of computer experience in a work environment
