Job Summary
Oversee the front-end and inventory accuracy as a Floor & Decor Connected Customer Supervisor. Lead and develop a dynamic team of Customer Service Associates and Connected Customer Specialists, manage cashiering, returns, and cash office functions, drive inventory accuracy, support e-commerce activities, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience. Key duties include enforcing customer service SOPs (cashiering related processes, credit and close-out), guiding pricing and SKU changes, reviewing shipping/receiving documents, auditing inventory and related reports, coordinating signage and product availability, and collaborating with management to optimize product placement and stock. Strong emphasis on team building, communication, organization, and detailed, process-driven work with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of (1) year of customer service/cashier supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience
- Minimum of (2) years of computer experience in a work environment
- Minimum of high school diploma and/or GED
