Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day operations of the SEALs Project in the Rome City School District, providing direct oversight to SEALs Coordinators and facilitating programming for students, faculty, and families. Conduct student observations, document service interventions, and attend MTSS meetings to inform mental health and behavior plans. Create and facilitate training for new hires and refresher sessions on social, emotional, and academic learning supports while maintaining a physical presence in assigned districts for supervision and relationship building. Provide oversight on referrals, curriculum facilitation, and case reviews, and participate in data reporting, Quality Management Meetings, and policy revisions. Conduct interviews for Site Coordinators, complete performance evaluations, and ensure compliance with all regulations. Work 8am-4pm with flexibility for evening or weekend programming and travel between sites.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work or related field
- five (5) years' experience
- Basic Computer Skills (Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel)
