Connect Pediatrics In-Home Nurse (RN/LVN)

Connect Pediatrics is hiring in-home pediatric nurses (RN or LVN) in Lindale, TX. Provide skilled nursing per physician plan of care with real-time charting, administer medications, feedings, and treatments, and maintain professional relationships with patients and families. Assist clinical leadership during in-home patient assessments and coordination of care. Flexible scheduling available: full-time, part-time, or PRN with 8-12 hour shifts, 1:1 patient/nurse ratio, and benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, 401(k).
