Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing according to the physician-prescribed plan of care, administer medications and treatments, and maintain real-time charting compliance. Maintain professional relationships with patients and families while assisting clinical leadership during in-home assessments and care coordination. Work in a 1:1 patient-to-nurse ratio with flexible scheduling options for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles. Regular shifts are 8-12 hours, and you select your family assignments across all levels of care.
Required Qualifications
- Current nursing license (LVN or RN) to practice in the state of Texas
- Current CPR Certification
